Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dexnivo website (dexnivo.com) and participation in our technical blueprint reading course. By accessing our website or enrolling in our course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or participate in our course. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Course Description

Dexnivo provides a practical technical blueprint reading course for real estate projects. The course consists of four sessions teaching participants without architecture or engineering backgrounds to read and understand technical documentation including floor plans, sections, surface tables, descriptive memorandums, and construction schedules.

The course uses real examples from completed projects in Argentina to teach visual analysis skills. This is educational training, not professional certification, project evaluation, or investment advice.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Participation in our course is open to adults (18 years or older) interested in learning to read technical documentation for real estate projects. No prior technical background is required.

Enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate participation for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation of information.

By enrolling, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information.

Course Fees and Payment

Course fees are stated at the time of enrollment and must be paid according to the specified payment schedule. All fees are in Argentine Pesos unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be received before the course start date. We accept payment methods as specified during enrollment. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction costs associated with payment.

Fees are subject to change for future course offerings. Once enrolled, your fee is fixed for the duration of your participation in that specific course session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment according to the following schedule:

  • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
  • After course start: No refund for any reason

We reserve the right to cancel a course session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation and returned using the original payment method.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, examples, and visual materials, are the intellectual property of Dexnivo and protected by Argentine and international copyright laws.

Course materials are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
  • Create derivative works based on course materials
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes
  • Share course materials with non-participants
  • Record, photograph, or otherwise capture course sessions without written permission

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your participation without refund and potential legal action.

Participant Conduct

As a course participant, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions punctually and participate respectfully
  • Respect other participants and instructors
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information
  • Use course materials only for intended educational purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not disrupt course sessions or interfere with other participants' learning

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without refund.

Educational Purpose Only

Our course provides educational training in reading technical documentation. It does not:

  • Provide professional certification in architecture or engineering
  • Constitute professional advice on specific projects
  • Offer investment recommendations or financial advice
  • Evaluate or endorse specific real estate developments
  • Replace professional consultation with architects, engineers, or legal advisors

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific learning outcomes or skill acquisition
  • Professional advancement or career benefits
  • Financial results from applying course knowledge
  • Accuracy or completeness of all information presented
  • Suitability of course content for your specific needs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Dexnivo and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from:

  • Your participation or inability to participate in the course
  • Use or misuse of course materials or information
  • Decisions made based on course content
  • Technical issues or interruptions in course delivery
  • Errors or omissions in course materials

Our total liability for any claims arising from the course shall not exceed the fees you paid for course enrollment.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes about our course. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems
  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Collect information about other users

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, specifically the laws applicable in the Province of Santa Fe. Any disputes arising from these Terms or course participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation as provided under Argentine law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Argentine law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dexnivo regarding course participation and website use, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification to enrolled participants. Your continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

For participants already enrolled when Terms are modified, previous Terms remain applicable to that specific course session unless you explicitly agree to new Terms.
